Quince & Apple High Protein Raw Vegan Yogurt Bites🍎

✨Ingredients
Fresh Quince
Freeze Dried Apple Sticks
Cinnamon Powder
Sunflower Seeds
Coconut Flakes
Raw Coconut Yogurt


✨Method
Wash, Peel & De-core Fresh Quince, Next Grate using a fine attachment, Crumble the Freeze Dried Apple Sticks in with the Grated Quince. Put Sunflower Seeds, Coconut Flakes & Cinnamon into a food processor & blend on high speed until Slight Floury/crumble texture. Add this base into the Quince & Apple Mixture stir well. Pour into tray or moulds & set in Freezer for 2hours, Remove the Bites from Mould or Tray & Slice into serving sized Sections, Place onto a Board and pour over the Coconut Yogurt (alternatively choose your favorite Yogurt if you don't have a Raw option) Crumble over more Freeze dried Apple Sticks & Set in freezer until the Yogurt is frozen approx 2h.
Serve Chilled Enjoy 🌞
