Apple and Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients:
4 cups of oats
2 cups of nuts and seeds (I used chopped almonds and sunflower seeds)
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 cup Little Beauties Apple Slices (chopped into quarters)
1/2 cup honey (melted in the microwave - to liquid)
1/2 cup oil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add melted honey and oil and mix until well combined. Transfer to the lined tray and evenly spread.
Pop into the oven for 15 mins (or until golden brown).
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Once cool, break granola into small pieces and store in an airtight container in the pantry. Enjoy!
